Exim Pay may require verification of identity, address, source of funds, and other supporting documents before you can access certain Services or transaction limits.
You agree that Exim Pay may request additional information at any time to comply with AML/CTF and applicable laws.
Exim Pay may refuse to open, suspend, restrict, or close an account if you fail to provide required information or if we believe your activity violates law or policy.
You agree to pay fees associated with your Transactions and Services as displayed on the platform or communicated by Exim Pay.
Exchange rates for currency conversion may include a margin and may change at any time based on market rates, liquidity, and provider rates.
Intermediary banks, mobile money operators, agents, and other partners may charge additional fees that are outside Exim Pay's control.
By initiating a Transaction, you authorize Exim Pay to process the Transaction and debit/credit the relevant account or wallet.
Transaction completion depends on partner networks, banking systems, regulatory reviews, and verification. Processing times may vary.
Exim Pay may apply transaction limits, daily/monthly caps, and tier-based restrictions depending on KYC status, risk assessment, and regulations.
Transactions may fail or be reversed due to incorrect details, compliance checks, partner failures, system issues, insufficient funds, or regulatory requirements.

Exim Pay may block, reverse, suspend, or report activities suspected to be prohibited.
Exim Pay may suspend, restrict, or close your account immediately if:
Upon closure, Exim Pay may hold funds temporarily to complete investigations or compliance obligations.
Refunds are subject to the status of the transaction, partner rules, and compliance checks.
If a transaction is completed using incorrect recipient details supplied by the user, refunds may not be possible.
Refunds may be delayed if the transaction is under investigation or subject to regulatory review.
Exim Pay collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
You consent to Exim Pay using and sharing your information with:
Exim Pay will take reasonable security measures to protect your data.
All logos, trademarks, software, content, and platform features belong to Exim Pay or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Services without written consent.
Exim Pay may experience downtime due to maintenance, system upgrades, network issues, third-party interruptions, or unforeseen events.
Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Exim Pay does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free Services.

Exim Pay may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via the platform, email, or other reasonable means. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
